Delivery Policy
Every item is made to order in weekly batches. Orders placed by Sunday at midnight go into that week's batch. Our standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days from the batch cut-off, and it is often quicker when there are only a few orders.
Custom sublimated kits are made through group order pre-order windows. See the Group Order Terms for their timings.
Choose how to receive your order

| Collection at training or a club collection point | Free | Where your club offers it, you choose it at checkout. We deliver to the club and tell you when your order is ready. |
Collection
- We'll email you when your order is ready, with the date and place to collect it.
- Bring your order confirmation or give your name and order number.
- If you can't make it, your order will be brought back on our next visit. Orders not collected within 4 weeks will be posted to you for the home delivery charge.
Christmas
We'll publish our Christmas order deadlines on the shops each year. Orders placed after the deadline may not arrive before Christmas.
Delays and problems
If your order is delayed, we'll let you know as soon as possible. If a parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out.
We can only deliver to UK addresses.
