Group Order Terms

These terms apply to custom sublimated kits, which are made in one production run once enough people have ordered. They apply alongside our main Terms and Conditions.

How group orders work

  1. Your club approves the final design before it goes on sale.
  2. The item opens for pre-order in the shop for a set period, called the pre-order window. The closing date is shown on the product page. When you order, your card is authorised (the amount is held) but you are not charged yet. Payment is only taken when the window closes.
  3. When the window closes, we check whether the minimum order has been reached.
  4. If it has, payment is taken from the card you used and we place the production order. Items arrive around 3 weeks after the window closes, and we then deliver them or bring them to your chosen collection point as set out in our Delivery Policy.

Minimum order

Each item has a minimum order, shown on the product page. Different items can't be combined to reach the minimum.

If the minimum isn't reached

We'll agree with your club whether to extend the pre-order window or cancel the group order. If the window is extended, we'll email you with the new closing date. You can then cancel at no cost if you'd rather not wait. If the group order is cancelled, you won't be charged and the authorisation on your card is released.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel free of charge at any time until the pre-order window closes. After it closes, your item goes into production and can't be cancelled.

Sizes

Please check the size chart carefully. Sublimated kit is made to the club's own design, so we can't exchange sizes or accept returns unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake. Where possible, we'll have sample sizes available before the window closes.

Design and colour

The colour is printed into the fabric, so it won't crack, peel or fade. Small variations in colour and pattern placement between items are normal with sublimation and don't count as a fault.

Your rights

If a group order item is faulty, damaged or not as described, our Returns and Refunds policy applies in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
