Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through a Taran Sports club shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The shops are run by Taran Sports, a trading name of MI Prints Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 15419962). Registered office: Middle Road, Swansea SA5 8EQ. Contact: 07771 999140 or info@taransports.co.uk.
When you order, your contract is with MI Prints Ltd, not with your club.
2. Products
2.1 Items are made to order for the club's members, friends and family.
2.2 Product photos are a guide. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and embroidery and print can vary slightly in position and size from item to item.
2.3 Size charts are a guide. Please check them before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
3.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Collection at training or a club collection point is free where offered.
3.3 Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe, except group orders, where your card is authorised when you order and payment is only taken when the pre-order window closes, as set out in the Group Order Terms. We never see or store your full card details.
3.4 If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order. You can then cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
4.1 You'll receive an email confirming your order. This is when the contract between us starts.
4.2 Orders go into weekly production batches, as set out in the Delivery Policy.
4.3 If we can't make your order, for example because a garment is discontinued or out of stock, we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Personalisation
5.1 You're responsible for checking the spelling of any name, initials or number you add.
5.2 We won't add wording that's offensive or uses someone else's trademark.
6. Club designs
6.1 A club's name, logo and designs belong to that club. The club approves every design sold in its shop.
6.2 We only use them to make that club's orders.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds

8. Our responsibility to you
8.1 If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was foreseeable.
8.2 We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
8.3 We're not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or postal delays. We'll tell you as soon as possible if this affects your order.
9. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
12. Language
These terms are available in Welsh and English. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
